Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. So i've decided as of today i am boycotting the news, newspapers and pretty muh all of organised society.

I'm going to go back and become my hermit in my bubble, where words such as justice and trial still mean somthing. In a world where democracy still exists where justice is handed out in a courtroom, in frount of a jury, rather than down the barrell of several guns. No matter what someone has done, no matter how many lives we have lost on each side, the war was meant to bring government and democracy to a country where oppression was high. Instead we have done what any govermentless society would have done. Shot first, covered up later. ''Osama and his household were unarmed'' States the white house. But that didn't stop them shooting every occupant of that house.

Also lets have noted the way pakistan was written into these articles, as if it would be a straticicly good idea to invade. We have heard the word Iraq in the same context. 10 years. And nothings been won. 10 years. So much blood shed, for what? Oil? Peace? Democracy? or what seems to be the new agenda. Retribution.

I for one, am angered by society's view on the whole thing. Big newspaper headlines, glorifying his death. I wonder how long it will be before we have to pay for this.

He is now just a maatyr for his own cause. And my fear is that this is exactly what he wanted all along.

but finally, where 'retribution' becomes 'justice', 'opposition' becomes 'resistance', 'civilian deaths' becomes 'collatoral damage' we are in a war of dangerous words, where everything is dressed down, but is oh so deadly. We need to understand that a lone man's death is matyrdom, and revenge. This war has always been about more than 9/11. The goverment does not spend 10 years fighting for the souls of 100 dead men. This is more deeper and more tactical. And i'm ashamed my country has anything to do with this.

Chocolate cupcake recipe for zoe + things i have my eye on.

OOOH todays saved items on asos.Il update to say if i actually buy any of these.

*BOUGHT. Bargain if its still instock.Plus this tshirt is fairtrade. so its very good for the soul.

£8 IN SALE.

sorry i didnt reply sooner Zoe.

my recipe is
(for decoration i just use edible glitter, food colouring and mini marshmallows)

jennirisms are written in italics.

(lazy but tastes good.)
110g butter at room temperature
110g caster sugar
110g plain flour (for chocolate cakes half amount of flour and use bornville coaco instead of the other half of flour.- you find it in the hot chocolate isle, but it has to be coaco, not hot chocolate)
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs (medium)
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method;
Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F / Gas 4. (do this first :D)

Line a muffin tin with paper cases.

Put the butter and sugar in a bowl; and beat until pale and fluffy (or bung in microwave till it melts then stir like i do)

Sift the flour, coaco, and baking powder into the bowl.

Beat the eggs and vanilla and add to the bowl. Beat until just combined. (i use more like 3tbs of vanilla because i love vanilla)

Spoon the mixture into the paper cases.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until risen, golden and firm to the touch.

Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Information
Makes 12 cupcakes (or 9 bigger ones)
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time 18 to 20 minutes

ICING

MELT SOME BUTTER IN MICROWAVE + ADD VANILLA ESSANCE + FOOD COLOURING. then add icing sugar. (add sugar till its kinda icing consistancy.) it should form a sexy slightly solid yummy buttery vanila icing.

when cakes are 100% cold (or icing melts) add icing then decorate

So i was wondering, what is it that any of us will be remembered for when we die? Is it the funny stuff, the nice stuff, the time we messed it up, or quite possibly the bad stuff. Do people remember us as a child, or do those memory's cease to exist, and we only remember the most recent stuff? Do people remember the life we never lived? the roads we never took, a decision we never made? or do people just sigh, pick up the pieces and try their damdest to forget, erasing every last trace of us they quite possibly can.

I don't know how i want to be remembered, whether i want to leave this world some kind of tragic hero, because even if you get the glory, when your gone , the glory doesn't go with you. I just know i want to cling on to every last moment. Because i don't want to be remembered for all the bad things. I want to stay on and fight, fight for something that doesn't mess up. Fight to be happy.
